Entries subject to the Open data award are selected among the Mashup Award submissions in the following criteria.

Utilizing or generating open data. Either Governmental data or private data is acceptable.
Registration and payment for data utilization are acceptable.

59　PaCaShe Rental car for good personality

Outline: Car sharing application for private cars. Service which produces the structure to earn rental fee by renting the private cars. Personality of the user is determined from driving nature of the rental car, and the car holder decides whom to lend a car based on the personality information.

Outline: ASP service which converts the data held by the municipality into the five-star open data and releases. Convert into the open data which is available to everyone by uploading Excel data of municipality from Web site, and contribute to the development of service and applications. Users pay the service fee.

Outline: Service to browse the governmental support system about the East Japan earthquake recovery and reconstruction. It introduces the support system for housing, work, health care and welfare, child-rearing , education, money and nuclear. In the past, it earned revenue thought publication of an advertisement and supporting frame and donation, and is discussing to earn revenue by selling as the platform.

886　GEEO (estimate the price of real estate)

Outline: It calculates (estimates) the price of real estate of all locations and points. It offers various real estate price of time series changes and also tells us the timing of selling and buying the real estate. It assumes revenues from software sales (SaaS format) and advertising, and also plans to predict the crime area and the area subject to the natural disaster by utilizing the algorithm.

Outline: This service uses the system to save records of acceleration sensor. The service records bumping and ride quality. Outline: Demonstration of the Pieces in Japan promotion for the Olympic Games, and it is planted to implement in Aizu.
It provides realistic and natural O2O solution through neo lanterns hanging in the storefront with beacon built and mobile applications. On the application, information is delivered in units called cards. In addition, the cards installing NFC tags in the city are distributed. This realizes a guide to online. The cards received from the beacon and the cards collected in the stores are gathered by walking in a city. By providing not only application, it publishes beacon information installed in the town and tourist information linked to it as open data and API, then it becomes a local platform which develops the application providing visual information and location information in various forms.
